Mute audio in a meeting using Skype for Business with a screen reader

When you join a meeting in Skype for Business, you sometimes might want to mute your audio or video. Your screen reader tells you whether your microphone and camera are on.

• To unmute or mute your microphone, press Windows logo key+F4.

• To turn your camera on or off during a video call, press Windows logo key+F5.

Note: In the Conversation window, there is another way to turn your camera and microphone on or off. Tab to the Video or Microphone button, and then press Spacebar. The Video button is the fifth button and the Microphone button is the sixth.
