Resolution
Try the following procedures to help resolve this issue.
Restore the database from your backup file
Note: In order to restore a database, you must be the database owner, and you must have previously created a backup file of the database. For more information about how to back up a database, see Why you should back up your Business Contact Manager data. If you did create a backup file, see Restore data to a Business Contact Manager database for information on restoring your backup file to your database.
If you have not backed up your local database, you must drop the database connection to the shared database and reconnect.
Drop the database and restore the connection to the shared database
Before you can create a new database or make a connection to a different shared database (including one that has been restored), you must first drop the offline database. You must be working offline in order to drop your offline database.
