Move email and contacts into a new account for Office 365 operated by 21Vianet
If you have a new Office 365 account, you can use both Outlook on your desktop and Outlook on the Web to send email, make appointments, and manage your contacts right away. However, you may first want to import email, contacts, calendars, and tasks from your old email account.
Your Office 365 account may include a subscription to the latest version of Office. If that's the case, you can use that new program to import your mail, contacts, calendar, and tasks. If that is not the case, you can still import email, contacts, calendars, and tasks from your previous email account if you used Outlook or Entourage. Here are some articles to help:
