A preview of the SharePoint Server 2010 site templates
When you create a new site in SharePoint Server 2010, you start by selecting a site template to base your site on. Site templates contain lists, libraries, pages, and other elements or features that support the needs of an organization. When you create a new site from a template, you can start using the site right away or customize the site so that it meets the needs or your team, your event, or your larger organization.
The following videos provide a quick preview of these templates, what they look like, what's included, and how you might use them in your organization. Each video is less than a minute long so that you can go through them quickly and decide which template is best for you.
