Properties dialog box (General tab)

Displays details about the open file. The information is stored with the file and cannot be edited.

Type

Indicates the kind of Microsoft Office Visio file that is open, such as Microsoft Visio Drawing.

Location

Identifies the path to the folder where the open file is stored.

Size

Indicates how many bytes the open file occupies on the drive.

Based on

Indicates the template on which the open file is based.
