Marking workspaces read or unread

Marking workspaces read or unread

Unread markers denote new or updated content in a workspace. You may see unread markers on selected entries in a workspace tool, on a tool name in the Content pane of a workspace, or on the workspace name in the Launchbar.

In a SharePoint workspace, all items are marked read when you first create the workspace and download content. Items are marked unread only if they are subsequently updated on the SharePoint site.

In a Groove workspace that you receive via invitation, all items are initially marked unread. You may want to mark all items read after first receiving the workspace.
