Options dialog box (Fields tab)

This dialog box determines which shape data fields appear in organization chart shapes.

Each block represents a text field on the organization chart shape. As you select shape data fields, the preview on the right shows where they will appear on your organization chart shapes.

Block 1

Represents the center text block on an organization chart shape. Select one or more shape data fields to display in this block.

Move up

Click to move the selected field up one level. Fields will appear in the center text block of shapes in the order you specify here.

Move down

Click to move selected field down one level. Fields will appear in the center text block of shapes in the order you specify here.

Restore Defaults

Click to revert to the default settings for all options specified on all tabs in this dialog box.

Block 2

Represents the upper-left text block on an organization chart shape. You can select only one shape data field to display in this block.

Block 3

Represents the upper-right text block on an organization chart shape. You can select only one shape data field to display in this block.

Block 4

Represents the lower-left text block on an organization chart shape. You can select only one shape data field to display in this block.

Block 5

Represents the lower-right text block on an organization chart shape. You can select only one shape data field to display in this block.
