Before you print a worksheet, it's a good idea to preview it to make sure that it looks the way you want. When you preview a worksheet in Microsoft Excel, it opens in the Microsoft Office Backstage view. In this view, you can change the page setup and layout before you print.

Print a worksheet

  1. Click the worksheet or select the worksheets that you want to print.

  2. Click File, and then click Print, or press CTRL+P.

  3. To preview the next and previous pages, at the bottom of the Print Preview window, click Next Page and Previous Page.

Note Next Page and Previous Page are available only when you select more than one worksheet, or when a worksheet contains more than one page of data.

  4. Select any page setup and print options that you want.

  5. Click Print.
