Print notes in OneNote 2016 for Mac

Although OneNote is designed to let you manage notes and information without the use of paper, there may still be times when you need to occasionally share notes by printing them out.

Do the following:

1. If necessary, open the notebook and navigate to the section containing the page or pages you want to print.

2. On the File menu, click Print.

3. In the Print dialog box that opens, select the printer and the printing options you want, and then click Print.
