Use keyboard shortcuts with an external keyboard in PowerPoint Mobile for Windows 10

Using an external keyboard with your touch device allows you to take advantage of keyboard shortcuts you're familiar with if you are also using PowerPoint on a Mac or Windows computer.

The shortcuts listed in this article are the only ones that will work in this version of PowerPoint.

Editing and formatting the presentation

Duplicate (doesn't work on slide thumbnails)	CONTROL + D

Underline selected content	CONTROL + U

Justify	CONTROL + J
Left justify	CONTROL + L
Open	CONTROL + O
Right justify	CONTROL + R
Center justify	CONTROL + E
Save or sync	CONTROL + S
Previous slide	Pg Up
Next slide	Pg Down

Slide Show	F5
From current	SHIFT + F5
Show/hide notes	CONTROL + SHIFT + H
Copy formatting	CONTROL + SHIFT + C
Select text	SHIFT + LEFT/RIGHT ARROW or SHIFT + UP/DOWN ARROW
Cycle through floating shapes, such as text boxes or images.	Ctrl+Alt+5, and then the Tab key repeatedly
Exit the floating shape navigation and return to the normal navigation.	Esc
