Find all messages with attachments
You can use Instant Search to find email messages that include attachments.
Find attachments

In the Folder pane, click Inbox or the folder that you want to search.
Note: When you click Inbox, all folders in the email account are included in the search. For other folders, the default is to search only the selected folder.

At the top of the message list, click in the Instant Search box or press Ctrl+E.
Tips: To expand the search to all mail folders, on the Search tab, in the Scope group, choose one of the following:

In Outlook 2016 and Outlook 2013, choose All Mailboxes.

In Outlook 2010, choose All Mail Items.
To expand the search to all Outlook items, on the Search tab, in the Scope group, choose All Outlook Items.

On the Search tab, in the Refine group, click Has Attachments.
For Outlook 2010, by default, the selected mail folder is searched and results appear in the message list. If no results are found, you can expand the search to all mail folders, by clicking Try Again in All Mail Items in the message list area. If search results appear, but the item you're seeking doesn't appear and you think it might be in a different mail folder, click Try searching again in All Mail Items in the message list area.
Clear Instant Search results
When you click a different folder in the Folder Pane, the message list returns to the default view with all items appearing.

On the Search tab, in the Close group, click Close Search.
Also, when you click a different folder in the Folder Pane, the message list returns to the default view.
