Productivity and microsoft to do

Microsoft To Do is an approach to productivity that doesn't rely on the stress of ever-longer lists and constant interruptions. Instead, Microsoft To Do was designed to work with existing behavior patterns to create even more productive habits. The key to this is My Day. When you open My Day for the first time each day, you're greeted with a fresh space to add the tasks you want to accomplish that day.

Studies show that peak cognitive alertness, or deep thought time, occurs about 2-4 hours after waking - the perfect time to identify and focus on your most important to-dos, whenever your morning happens to be.

If you take time early in the day to identify and prioritize your goals, you'll have a clear plan for the rest of the day. Just add your most important tasks to My Day. No matter what pops up, you'll be able to return to an organized overview of your day's goals. You'll remain focused and in control as you move from one task to the next.
