Text has hyphenation

This publication contains text with hyphenation. If this is not fixed and the publication is sent as an e-mail message, some e-mail programs may insert gaps in the e-mail message and it may not appear as you intended.

To find and select the item, click the error message in the Design Checker task pane, click the arrow, and then click Go to this Item.

Manual fix

To fix this problem manually, turn off hyphenation and delete the hyphens.

1. On the Tools menu, point to Language, and then click Hyphenation.

2. In the Hyphenation dialog box, clear the Automatically hyphenate this story check box.

3. Delete any hyphens that remain in your text.
