Collapsing grouped and hierarchical sets of items in a view

To help users navigate in a view with grouped items or a response hierarchy, you may want the view to always initially open in a collapsed state.

1. Open the Designer.

2. Click the list view in which you want to automatically collapse grouped or hierarchical sets of items when users go to the view.

3. Click Properties.

4. Check Collapse grouped and hierarchical sets of items when opening this view.
