Change the font on a datasheet
You can assign one font, font size, and font style for the entire datasheet. Changes to the font on the datasheet do not affect the fonts in the chart.

Switch to the datasheet.
How?

On the Formatting toolbar, click a button for the format you want.
| To make text | Click |
| A different font | The font you want in the Font box |
| A different font size | The font size you want in the Font Size box |
| Bold | Bold |
| Italic | Italic |
| Underlined | Underline |
Note: Microsoft Graph automatically adjusts the height of datasheet rows to fit the font size you specify.
