Diagnose an sap workflow for configuration issues

As an administrator, you can check for configuration problems in an SAP workflow in your root workflow site. This procedure can help you determine whether workflows are set up properly on your site before you start them.

A root workflow site is a site in which the Duet Enterprise—SAP Workflow feature is activated.

  1. Browse to the root workflow site, click the Settings icon, and then click Site settings.

  2. On the Site Settings page, under SAP Workflow configuration, click Diagnose configuration problems.
The Diagnose Workflow Configuration page lists all workflows that are configured on the workflows site.

  3. On the Diagnose Workflow Configuration page, in the SAP Workflow Name column, click on a workflow name for which you want to run the diagnostics to verify configuration issues.
The workflow page displays the status of different components of the workflow. You can use the different indicators to quickly determine the status.
