Personalize the Microsoft 365 app launcher to make the apps you use easy to find.

Pin apps to the app launcher

1. Select the app launcher in the top left corner.

2. Select All apps.

3. Hover over the app you want to pin and select the three dots.

4. Select Pin to launcher.

To start, select the app launcher in the top left corner.

Then, select All apps.

Find the app you want to add to the app launcher and when the cursor hovers over the icon, select the three dots.

Then, select Pin to launcher.

Now, you can access that app quickly from the app launcher, or from your Microsoft 365 home page.
