This article itemizes the keyboard shortcuts for working with SmartArt graphics in all Office applications. Many users find that keyboard shortcuts help them work more efficiently, because they can keep their hands on the keyboard instead of switching between the mouse and keyboard to accomplish tasks. For users with impaired mobility or vision, keyboard shortcuts are an essential alternative to using the mouse.
The keyboard shortcuts described here refer to the U.S. keyboard layout. Keys on other layouts might not correspond exactly to the keys on a U.S. keyboard.
For keyboard shortcuts in which you press two or more keys simultaneously, the keys to press are separated by a plus sign (+). For keyboard shortcuts in which you press one key immediately followed by another key, the keys to press are separated by a comma (,).
Note: This topic assumes that JAWS users have turned off the Virtual Ribbon Menu feature.
