How do i give feedback on microsoft office

Have a comment or suggestion about Microsoft Office? We need your feedback to help us deliver great products. You can give feedback in a few different ways.

New feature ideas

UserVoice is the official suggestion box for Microsoft Office. Click the link for the product you wish to leave feedback for below, then search to see if somebody else has already offered that feedback. If they have you can add your own comments and vote for their suggestion. Votes are a great way for users to indicate how important a particular idea or suggestion is to them.

Note: UserVoice is a 3rd party site, not owned or controlled by Microsoft.

Comments on existing versions

The Answers community is the best place to post questions or comments on existing versions or read the comments and answers of others. Click the link for the product you have questions or comments about in the table below. Once you're at the Answers community you can search the existing discussions or start your own with other users and experts on the product.

Good or bad, the quickest route to get your comments to our developers' ears is right from within any Office app. And if you want to, you can even tell us your email address in case they need to contact you for clarification. They read all feedback.

From your Office 2016 app, click File > Feedback.

Click File > Feedback to tell Microsoft if you have comments or suggestions about Excel

Click the appropriate button and fill out the form.

Note: For English language users, if you click I have a suggestion, you will be routed to the UserVoice site, which makes it easy to see what others have suggested and vote for their ideas — or start your own. For all other languages, when you click I have a suggestion, you'll see a form you can fill out.

If you don't see the Feedback option, or you're using an older version of Office, then you'll want to use UserVoice for feature suggestions or the Answers Community to ask questions.
