If you're familiar with the Out of Office Assistant, then the Automatic Replies feature should be easy for you because it's the same thing. This course shows you how to automatically respond when people send mail to your Exchange account, and your POP3 or IMAP account (Hotmail, Gmail, and so on). You'll also learn how to create rules that help manage incoming messages while you're gone. Use automatic replies with an Exchange Server account

Before you begin

To send replies if you don't have an Exchange Server account, you must install Service Pack 1 for Microsoft Office 2010 32-bit Edition or Service Pack 1 for Microsoft Office 2010 64-bit Edition.
