Admin center for Business plans of Office 365 operated by 21Vianet

You can manage all of your business cloud services and features from one central location called the Office 365 Admin center. In the Admin center, you can add users, manage domains, licenses, and more. In this article, we give you a tour of some of the major features in the Admin center.

You can get to the Admin center by clicking the Admin tile when you first sign in to Office 365 operated by 21Vianet.

If you are already signed in and don't see the tiles, select the app launcher icon Office 365 app launcher icon in the upper-left side (as shown below) and choose Admin.

Note: The Admin tile appears only to Office 365 administrators.

The Office 365 Admin Center initially opens in the Dashboard view, which looks like this:

On the left side, you can get to any administrative task. In the middle, you will find the most common tasks for managing your organization.

Choose Setup to follow a guided walk-through to add users, import user data and set up online collaboration.

Users

Under Users, you can add new users, such as employees and students. You can reset forgotten passwords and you can assign software licenses for users to enable features like Word and Excel, mail and online storage. For more information, see Create or edit user accounts.

Domains

Under Domains, you can add or remove domain names, which gives you a personalized email or website address. For more information, see Verify your domain in Office 365 operated by 21Vianet.

Billing

Under Billing, you can view your subscriptions, and purchase Office 365 Business licenses. For more information, see Manage your subscriptions for Office 365 operated by 21Vianet.

Current health

At the bottom of the page, check current health for known issues with Office 365. If you have problems with your mail, sites, documents, or meetings, this is a good place to start.
