Your company's objectives and goals won't be met without proper sales planning. But it takes input from a variety of people, including sales leadership, account managers, marketing managers, and more, which can be difficult to manage.
Details
Use Microsoft Teams to set up a Sales Planning team environment and coordinate initiatives. Add a channel for each aspect of the work including the annual sales meeting, quarterly business reviews, monthly sales pipeline reviews, and your sales playbook.
You can also add a Planner tab in the appropriate Teams channel, to assign tasks to team members and track progress.
Team members can easily communicate in each channel about important information like your customer industry news, service issues, and lead status changes.
