Recolor a picture from the Clip Organizer
When you insert a Microsoft Windows Metafile from the Clip Organizer, you can change the colors in the picture (for example, to match the color scheme of your presentation). If the picture is a bitmap, .jpg, .gif, or .png file, you need to edit its colors in an image editing program.
Note: Clip Organizer is no longer included after Office 2010 and isn't available in apps in Office 2013 or later. For more information, see Add clip art to your file.

Select the picture you want to modify.

On the Picture toolbar, click Recolor Picture .

Do one of the following:

Click Colors to change any color in the picture.

Click Fills to change only background or fill colors in the picture.

Select the check box for each color you want to change. To choose a different color, click the arrow next to the new color to see more colors.
