Display a view

You can select various views to modify how you see project information.

Note: Changing the view does not add information to nor remove information from your project. It only changes how the project information is displayed.

1. Click the View tab.

2. In the Task Views group or Resource Views group, click the view that you want to use.

   

3. If you do not see the view that you want, on the Task Views group, click Gantt Chart, and then click More Views. On the More Views dialog box, click the view that you want to use in the Views list, and then click Apply.
