Action dialog box

Use this dialog box to assign an action to a shape. The action appears on the shape's shortcut (right-click) menu. The command is unavailable unless you have inserted an Actions section in the ShapeSheet spreadsheet and selected a cell.

Menu

Specifies the menu command to add to the shape's shortcut menu.

Edit shape's text

Opens the shape's text block.

Open group in new window

Opens a group in the group window.

Show ShapeSheet

Opens the ShapeSheet window.

Custom

Performs the custom action. You enter the formula for this action directly in the Action section of the ShapeSheet.

Display help

Opens a Help topic. Uses the same syntax as described in the Special dialog box (Format menu).

OLE verb

Activates OLE options, such as Edit, when an OLE object is double-clicked.

Run macro

Activates the macro or wizard you select from the list.

Go to page

Displays a specific drawing page.

Open in new window

Displays a specific drawing page in a new window.
