Goal: Distribute project information online
After you schedule your project, you may want to distribute the most current project information to team members or other stakeholders. Microsoft Office Project 2007 provides several ways to distribute project information online.
Tip: This article is part of a series of articles within the Project Map that describe a broad set of project management activities. We call these activities "goals" because they are organized around the project management life cycle: Build a plan, track and manage a project, and close a project.

| Set up project information for viewing with Project Server By using Microsoft Office Project Server 2007, you can present the most current information about your project to others. You may need an administrator to do this if you don't have the necessary permissions on Project Server 2007. Publish project information to the Web If you or others who need your project information don't use Project Server 2007 but have access to the Web, you can export project information in XML format. Provide other online access to project information If you communicate through a network server or e-mail system, such as Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 or Microsoft Office Outlook 2007, you can easily post, send, or share project information to others from Project 2007.
