Configure Internal Interface

Use this tab to configure the internal IP address of the Edge Server. This is the address to which messages from internal clients to federated partners and outside users are routed.

Note:  The IP address, fully qualified domain name (FQDN), and certificate that you configure for the internal interface applies to all edge server roles collocated on the computer.

IP Address

The internal IP address of the Edge Server. This cannot be the same as any external IP address of the Edge Server.

FQDN

The FQDN of the Edge Server.

Certificate for this IP address

The certificate associated with the internal interface.

Select certificate

Click to assign a certificate to the internal interface of the Edge Server.

Note: You can also use the Certificate Wizard to guide you through the process of configuring the certificate, including assigning the certificate to the internal interface of the server.
