Add a sheet background

Adding a picture as a worksheet background is not available in Excel Online. However, if you have the Excel desktop application, you can use it to add a background like a logo or watermark image.

1. Click Open in Excel.

1. When the worksheet opens in Excel, add a background image.

Note:  A background image added from Excel desktop application won't be available in Excel Online.
