About the Forms and Reports workspace in Planning Business Modeler

The Forms and Reports workspace displays a table of form templates and operational reports associated with a model site. To access the Forms and Reports workspace, click Forms and Reports in the Workspace Browser pane. By default, form templates are listed in the table in this workspace. To view just the operational reports, click Operational Reports in the View drop-down list.

To view information about a specific form template or operational report, select it in the table, and then view the Forms Details pane.

Note:  If you delete a workbook that is associated with a form from the server or computer where it was saved, the form is still displayed in the list of forms in this workspace. To remove the form from the list, in the Forms and Reports Tasks pane, click Delete this Form. This removes the Report Definition Language (RDL) that is associated with the form from the server. Therefore the form will no longer be displayed in the list.

This section lists the properties for the currently selected form.

Element	Description
Name	The name of the form.
Label	The label for the form. The label is the primary identifier of objects throughout the system.
Description	The description of this form.
Location	The location specifies the computer name and folder location where the form definition is saved.

Forms and reports tasks

This section lists all models in the local model site.

Element	Description
Delete This Form	Click this link to delete a form. Deleting a form deletes the form definition from the application, but the associated Microsoft Office Excel workbook is not deleted. In addition, you cannot delete a form template that is being used by one or more assignments. Trying to do this will display an error message.
Edit Form Properties	Click this link to open a dialog box where you can change or update the form properties.
View This Report in Browser	Click this link to open a browser window where the report you selected is displayed.
