Using the OneDrive for Business app on an iOS device such as an iPad, you can easily find and open an Office file, such as an Excel spreadsheet.

Since this is my first time using the OneDrive app on an iPad, I have to sign in.

Now that I've signed in, I can see all my Office files.

I want to work on my marketing event budget, so I'll tap to open it.

And here's my spreadsheet, open and ready for me to work on it.
