Partner resellers make changes to your client s office 365 subscriptions

As a Microsoft Cloud Partner reseller, you can manage your clients' subscriptions directly from the Partner admin center. You can view details about their current subscriptions, make changes to the number of licenses, or add and remove subscriptions. When you create a client account, that client won't be able to manage subscriptions, billing, or licensing. You need to manage this information for your client.
