Use the Regional Settings page to change the time zone, language, and time format for Outlook Web App. You can choose from a list of available languages and date and time formats. The date and time settings adjust automatically based on the language you select. Changes to these settings take effect after you refresh the browser or sign out and sign in again.
This article is for Outlook Web App, which is used by organizations that manage email servers running Exchange Server 2013 or 2010. If you're using Microsoft 365 or Exchange Server 2016, your email program is Outlook on the web. For help with Outlook on the web, see Get help with Outlook on the web. |
To get to the Language and Date and Time page from the main Outlook Web App page, go to the upper corner and choose Options, then choose Regional Settings from the list in the navigation pane.
Language
This setting lets you change your language preference for Outlook Web App. The language settings are initially configured when you sign in to Outlook Web App for the first time. After you sign in and choose your language setting for Outlook Web App, you can use this page to modify the language settings.
Choose Language Use the drop-down list to select the language you want to use.
Time zone and date and time formats
These settings let you set the date and time formats. Use the Current time zone list and the date and time style options to select the format for time and date that you want Outlook Web App to use. Configuring the language setting automatically adjusts these settings. However, modifying these settings won't change the language setting.
