All shapes on the page

Exports data from all shapes on the drawing page.

Selected shapes on the page

Exports data from shapes currently selected on the drawing page. If you want to export data for selected shapes but don't have any selected yet, click Select Shapes.

All shapes on one or more layers

Exports data only for shapes assigned to specific layers.

Layers

Available only if the drawing contains layers and you click All shapes on one or more layers. Select the layers that include shapes that contain data you want to export. Press SHIFT and then click to select multiple layers.
