Deleting an item in a 2007 Forms tool or 2010 Lists tool

The tool permissions assigned to your role in the workspace typically allow you to delete only the items you added to a custom tool. Keep in mind that deleting an item also deletes any response items associated with the item.

1. Select one or more item and press DELETE.

2. Click OK to confirm the deletion.

Note:  To delete an item that has responses, you must have the required permissions to delete the response items as well as their parent item.
