More than two spot colors
If your publication uses more than two spot-color inks, printing the publication through a commercial printing service will be expensive, because the printer must use a separate plate for each spot-color ink.
This check is performed only if you have set up your publication to print spot colors or process colors plus spot colors.
Fix this problem manually if you want to select which design elements are converted to specific spot colors, or if you want to convert your spot colors to process colors, which could save you money if you are printing a publication that uses any of the four process colors.
Automatic fix

-
Point to the spot color ink that you want to delete, click the arrow, and then click Delete.
-
If the spot color ink is labeled In use, Microsoft Office Publisher will open the Replace Ink dialog box.
-
In the Replace Ink dialog box, select one of the colors that is in use.
-
