Show the names in a contact group
Sometimes you want to know who is in a contact group, which was called a distribution list in previous versions of Outlook. For example, you might want to make sure the list includes the right people for a specific project.
No problem. Just double-click the contact group to view the names of the people who are part of it.
Tip: It doesn't matter if you double click the contact group in your list of contacts in People, or in the To or CC box of an email.
A window opens showing you a list of all the names in that contact group.
If you need to, you can then add people or remove people from your contact group.
