Your voice mails are saved in both Lync and Outlook. You can quickly check them when you are in Lync by tapping the voice mail icon. When you're signed into Lync but it is not in the foreground, you can check them using a voice control.
When you have new voice mail, the voice mail icon at the bottom displays the number of messages.

To listen to a voice mail, do one of the following:
-
(With Lync in foreground) Tap the voice mail icon, and then play the message.
-
(With Lync not in foreground) Say "Lync, play [my] voice mail" into the phone. (To learn more about using Lync Mobile voice controls, go to Use voice controls with Skype for Business (Lync) on your Windows Phone.)

To reply to a voice mail, tap on the voice mail icon to open the sender's contact card and reply using IM, or audio or video call.
If your incoming calls are going to voice mail too quickly, we recommend that you increase your voice mail timer setting to at least 30 seconds. This will give you more time to answer an incoming call before it goes to voice mail.
