Unassigned conference directory

In Office Communications Server 2007 R2, you can perform the following actions on an individual unassigned conference directory:

• Move conference directories. Use the Move Conference Directory Wizard to move the selected conference directory to a pool.

• Delete conference directories. Use the Delete Conference Directory Wizard to delete the selected conference directory from the forest.

These actions can also be applied to all conference directories in the forest when you perform these actions on the Unassigned Conference Directories node in the console tree instead.

Conference directories are used to map dial-in conference IDs to conference Uniform Resource Identifiers (URIs). The mapping for a particular dial-in conference ID to a conference URI is maintained in the conference directory assigned to the pool on which the conference with dial-in conferencing support was originally scheduled.
