Print items using a select form

Some custom tools include special forms that are set up mainly for printing purposes. These forms might have a layout designed specifically for a print layout, and include or exclude fields as needed.

To print using a selected form:

  1. Select the items you want to print.

  2. Go to the Backstage view, click Print, and then click the Printer icon.

  3. Click Print selected item through form, select the form to use for printing from the drop-down list, and click OK.

Note:  If you do not see this option in the Print dialog box, the custom tool you are using does not support this feature.

  4. Click Print in your computer system's Print dialog box.
