Use keyboard shortcuts to loop through task panes in PowerPoint Online

Using keyboard shortcuts you can press Ctrl+F6 to loop through the Slide Panel, task panes, and bars in PowerPoint Online.

Ctrl+F6 Loop

The following is the order in which you can move around in PowerPoint Online using Ctrl+F6:

  1. Slide Panel

  2. Comments Pane (if it's open)

  3. Note Pane (if it's open)

  4. Status Bar

  5. Top Bar

  6. Ribbon

  7. Thumbnail Pane
