Keyboard shortcuts in OneNote 2016 for Windows
If you'd like to save time and use an external keyboard to navigate and work in OneNote, you can use keyboard shortcuts. The keyboard shortcuts listed below are for common tasks in OneNote 2016 and a U.S. keyboard layout. You might get different results if you're using a different keyboard.
Note: For keyboard shortcuts that require you to press two or more keys simultaneously, the keys are separated by a plus sign (+). For shortcuts that require you to press one key immediately followed by another key, the keys are separated by a comma ( , ).
