Delete Outlook items saved on your computer

Spring cleaning or moving to a new computer? Whatever your reason, if you want to delete Outlook items, you first have to find data files that are stored on your computer. That's where Outlook backs up your mail, calendar information, contacts, tasks, and notes. After you find what you want to delete, right-click the file or folder, and then click Delete.
