Create or select a Business Contact Manager database
Business Contact Manager for Outlook stores information about your Accounts, Business Contacts, Opportunities, Marketing Campaigns, Business Projects, and other items as records in the Business Contact Manager database.
Create a new database
Click this option to set up a new database.

Database name A database name, by default MSSmallBusiness, is automatically created for your new database, or you can type a different name.
Note: You cannot reuse a database name that previously existed on your computer.
Select an existing database
Select this option to connect to an existing database.

Type the location of the database into the Computer name field. This location could be the name of your local computer or the name of a different computer.
Note: Before you can connect to a database on a different computer, the database owner of the remote computer must share the database and grant you permission to connect.

Click Connect.

After you enter a location, select the desired Database name from the drop-down list.

Click Next to continue.
To create or select a different database, on the Business Contact Manager menu, point to Database Tools, and then click Create or Select a Database.
Where is my Business Contact Manager database?
The name of your Business Contact Manager database is name that the database owner used when he or she created the database. The Business Contact Manager database is a SQL Server database, so the database has two components, the main database and the log file for the database.
The Business Contact Manager database files are located in the following folder:

Windows XP
In Windows XP, the Business Contact Manager database and log files are stored in the following folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Business Contact Manager\<databasename.mdf>
where username is the name of the database owner and database name is the name, by default MSSmallBusiness, of the Business Contact Manager database.
Note: You must display hidden files and folders to some of the files in the path. For information about how to display hidden folders, see Help and Support

Turn off Business Contact Manager for Outlook
If you are not a small business owner, you may not want to use Business Contact Manager for Outlook, which may have been installed on your computer by the manufacturer. Complete the following procedure to remove the feature from your computer.
Note: To disable the Startup Wizard, you must uninstall Business Contact Manager for Outlook. If you decide that you want to use Business Contact Manager for Outlook at a later date, you can reinstall it by inserting CD 2 that came with your 2007 Office suite. Uninstall Business Contact Manager for Outlook

On the Start menu, click Control Panel.

In Control Panel, double-click Add or Remove Programs.

In the Currently installed programs and updates list, click Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2007.

Click Remove, and then follow the instructions on your screen.

On the Start menu, click Control Panel,

In Control Panel, click Programs and Features.

On the Uninstall or change a program page, click Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2007.

Click Uninstall/Change.

Follow the instructions on your screen.

Notes:

Uninstalling Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2007 removes it from all user profiles on the computer.
