Delete a form template from the list of forms and reports in Planning Business Modeler

You can delete a template for a form or report in the Forms and Reports workspace.

Note:  If you delete a form or report template, the form or report definition will be deleted from the application, but the associated Excel workbook will not be deleted. In addition, you cannot delete a form template that is being used by one or more assignments. If you try to do this, PerformancePoint Planning Business Modeler will display an error message.

Delete a form or report template

1. In the Workspace Browser pane, click Forms and Reports.

2. In the Forms and Reports workspace, click the form or report template that you want to delete.

3. In the Forms and Reports Tasks pane, click Delete This Form. A warning dialog box is displayed.

4. Click OK to delete the form or report template.
