View a content deployment job report

View a content deployment job report

Content job deployment reports contain the following information about job runs:

  • Job name

  • Job description

  • Path

  • Status of this run

  • Errors (number of)

  • Warnings (number of)

  • Source server URL

  • Destination server URL

  • Objects exported (number of)

  • Objects imported (number of)

  • Content size (in megabytes)

  • Deployment time

  • Start time

  • End time

View a historical job report

View a current job report

Do the following procedure to view the current report for a job.

  1. On the top navigation bar, click Operations.

  2. On the Operations page, in the Content Deployment section, click Content deployment paths and jobs.

  3. On the Manage Content Deployment Paths and Jobs page, in the list of jobs, click the item (the items can vary depending on the job status) in the Status column of the job for which you want to view the report. For example, if Failed appears in the status column, click Failed.

    The Content Deployment Report page opens.

View a historical job report

Jobs have historical as well as current reports. The historical reports are reports of previous runs of the job.

  1. On the top navigation bar, click Operations.

  2. On the Operations page, in the Content Deployment section, click Content Deployment Paths and Jobs.

  3. On the Manage Content Deployment Paths and Jobs page, in the list of jobs, click View History on the menu for the job for which you want to view a historical report.

  4. On the Job History page, in the Job History list, click the item (the items varies depending on the job status) in the Status column of the job run for which you want to view the report. For example, if Failed appears in the status column, click Failed.

    The Content Deployment Report page opens.
