Print one-sided postcards in Publisher

The challenge in printing postcards comes in getting them lined-up correctly on the page.

When you create a postcard that you want to print on a specific manufacturer's product — such as Avery 3263 Post Card — be sure to select the template for that product before you create your postcard. If you first design your postcard and then select the manufacturer's template, you may need to redesign your card so that it fits on the sheet.

1. Click File > Print.

2. In the Printer list, select a printer.

3. Click Print.

Tip:  To make it easier to align your postcard to a specific manufacturer's card stock, turn crop marks on and print out a sheet. Crop marks will help show you if your alignment is off. You can turn the crop marks off after you align your publication on the sheet of paper.
