Updates for Live Meeting 2007 Service Release 8.2.6

This document lists updates that are included in Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2007 Service Release 8.2.6.

Live Meeting Manager

Issue: Live Meeting administrators did not have an option to set permissions for two way computer audio and one way audio broadcasting at the user level.

Resolution: With Live Meeting 2007 Service Release 8.2.6, new options have been added in Live Meeting Manager that administrators to set permissions for computer audio and one way audio broadcasting.

Recording

Issue: When recording a Live Meeting, the audio for the recording is disconnected without warning. As a result, the recording will have no audio.

Resolut ion: With Live Meeting 2007 Service Release 8.2.6, when the audio is disconnected, the user will now get a warning to reconnect the audio for the recording.

Issue: When you set up the audio options for a recording, the audio options are not saved unless the recording is started immediately.

Resolution: With Live Meeting 2007 Service Release 8.2.6, when you set up the audio options for a recording the options now are saved.

XML API

Issue: Users may have experienced performance delays when generating billing reports. As a result, users could not generate monthly billing reports.

Resolution: With Live Meeting 2007 Service Release 8.2.6, performance results for the XML API that is used to generate the billing reports have been improved. Users can now generate monthly billing reports.
