Session Details

Session ID. Defaults to a system-generated Session ID that conforms to complexity requirements set by the Administrator.

Bill to Code. Indicates a code used by your organization to keep track of Live Meeting usage. May be left blank.

Number of participants. Defaults to a predetermined number of meeting participants. Set by your Administrator, but can be changed.

Summary Mail ID. Lists the people you want to send the session summary report. Use full e-mail addresses separated by semi-colons.

Entry Control, Support Agents

Entry Code. Indicates that presenters must have a entry code but do not need to be members of your Live Meeting account.

  • Use this Entry Code. Specifies a entry code of your choice. The key must conform to complexity requirements that were set by the Administrator.

  • Use a system generated Entry Code. Instructs Live Meeting to generate an entry code automatically at the time the meeting is scheduled.

Free Entry. Indicates that only a session ID, and not a entry code, is required to join the session as an customer. This is the least secure option.
