The Business Data Import and Export wizard in Business Contact Manager: File to import
When you have selected the type of file to import into Business Contact Manager for Outlook, you may have to specify what data to import, depending on the file type.

Include Customizations | Select this check box to include data in the user-defined fields that were created by the database owner to customize forms and records. Rules that are applied when duplicates are updated
When you select Update Duplicates as you import Business Contact Manager for Outlook data in a .bcm file format, you replace the existing Business Contact Manager for Outlook data with data from the import file, under the following conditions:
The Modified time property for the record in the import file is more recent than the one for the record in your existing data.
- and -
The record in the file being imported matches the record in your existing data.
A match occurs when:
The unique ID in both records is identical.
- or -
The record name is identical. Account and Opportunity names are based on Name and Subject, while Business Contact names are based on First and Last Name, or Full Name.
