Find cells that have conditional formatting in Excel 2016 for Mac
If your worksheet has one or more cells with a conditional format, you can quickly locate them so you can copy, change, or delete the conditional formats. You can use the Go To command to either find only cells with a specific conditional format or find all cells with conditional formats.
Find all cells with conditional formatting

On the Edit menu, select Find, and then select Go To.

Click Special.

Select Conditional Formats, and then select All.

Click OK.
The cells that contain formatting are selected.
Find cells that have the same conditional formatting rules as another cell
-
Select a cell that has the conditional formatting you want to find.

On the Edit menu, select Find, and then select Go To.

Click Special.
-
Select Conditional Formats, and then select Same.
-
Click OK.
The cells that contain the same conditional formatting as the chosen cell are selected.
